Cancellation Policy
We believe that everyone deserves access to the support they need. Our commitment is to provide counselling that is both attainable and affordable. We strive to ensure that care is both compassionate and accessible. Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations and rescheduling can easily be done through your account on the Power Diary platform by accessing the client portal. If you need immediate support or assistance, please get in touch with me directly.

At this time, ManKind Space Counselling accepts Interac transfer as the only method of payment.
Confidentiality Policy
Your privacy is our top priority. Following the ethical standards set by the Canadian Professional Counsellor Association (CPCA), all records, notes, and personal information are kept strictly confidential. Only Ephemeral Counselling has access to your file, and no information about your participation in counselling will be shared with anyone outside our office without your explicit written consent.
