This means some insurance providers may cover counselling sessions under your extended health benefits. Coverage varies depending on your plan, so it’s important to check directly with your insurance provider.

We understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, missed appointments not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will be charged the full session fee.

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. You can manage cancellations and rescheduling easily through your Power Diary client portal. If you require immediate assistance, don’t hesitate to contact us directly.

At ManKind Space, we currently accept e-transfers for all sessions. After each appointment, you’ll receive a detailed receipt including the counsellor’s registration number, which you can submit to your extended benefits plan for reimbursement.

Your privacy is our top priority. Following the ethical standards set by the Canadian Professional Counsellor Association (CPCA), all records, notes, and personal information are kept strictly confidential. Only ManKind-Space Counselling has access to your file,and no information about your participation in counselling will be shared with anyone outside our office without your explicit written consent.
